As you are opening your personal (and/or professional) space to us, which may include revealing intimate details of your life (and/or business dealings), we promise to assist you with compassion and keep an open mind in every situation. Furthermore, we guarantee that anything we learn or discuss in the course of our interactions will be held in complete confidentiality.
Active Listening and Attention
To help you achieve your goals, we must fully understand the situation or problem. To that end, we will give you our complete attention and actively listen to you. We may, where appropriate, ask open-ended questions for clarification, and we may take notes during our discussions in order to provide better service, but our focus will always be on active listening.
Responsibility and Respect
We recognize that during the course of our interactions we will be dealing with your personal possessions and private life details (and/or your company assets and corporate information), and we take this responsibility very seriously. We assure you that we will always treat both your possessions and your information with the utmost respect, and pledge to protect your privacy and belongings as if they were our own.
Empathy and Encouragement
We understand that in choosing to work with us, you are attempting to make changes in your life, whether great or small. We know how hard it can be to make and sustain changes, and we wish to provide both empathy and encouragement as you do so.
