One very important service that we do to assist downsizing seniors is we scan their photos (we have a commercial scanner) onto DVD/thumb drives besides uploading photos into their own Heritage accounts (www.RecallWhen.com). That way we can copy the DVD and everyone in the family can get their own copy of the photos (often a sore point) and the Heritage Makers account takes care of safe storage.
