Event Planning
Clarity Jane provides Event Planning for corporate functions and weddings, and we are also happy to coordinate other social events, including smaller events in your home. If you’re not sure whether our services are appropriate for your celebration, just ask us.
We offer a choice of full-service event management (we do everything), event hosting support (we provide assistance as required), or day-of-event coordination (an event specialist acts as your personal assistant on the day of the event).
Estate Organizing Services
Facing the accumulated possessions of a loved one's lifetime can be an overwhelming task, but it doesn’t have to be. A Professional Organizer can ease the burden of those final tasks and decisions by offering assistance and support, along with professional skills to save everyone time and distress.Estate Organizing Services can be arranged after the sad event has occurred, in which case we will work with the family and/or executor(s) to determine what needs to be kept, sold or given away. Alternatively, a person at the end of life can make arrangements in advance, in which case we can ensure that possessions are dealt with according to the owner’s wishes. The assistance of a Professional Organizer can also be built into an estate plan, setting aside funds and making the deceased person’s wishes known.
Packing, Moving & Downsizing
Clarity Jane specializes in moves from larger to smaller spaces, and especially moves into elder care facilities or from assisted living into full-time care.We can help you or someone you care about deal with accumulated possessions which won’t all fit into the new space. We can offer professional advice on what will fit into your new space and what to keep, sell or give away. We can arrange the consignment sale or charity gifting of unwanted items, and the recycling or environment-friendly disposal of unsellable items.
If you choose, we can also coordinate your move. We will organize and support the packing process in a positive and orderly fashion, and we will then liaise with your moving company to make sure that everything goes smoothly on moving day. We will work with everyone involved in your move (whether you are dealing with realtors, care facility coordinators, landlords, or health care professionals) to facilitate your transition. Finally, we will arrange for cleaning or any other necessary services that might be required in either your old or new space.
